The processing unit is outfitted with all the requisite machinery that allows our production team to process entire array of products efficiently. Also, our infrastructural base is divided into various units such as procurement, processing, quality control, research & development, sales & marketing and warehousing & packaging.

Manufacturing Facilities

Our Strength Lies In Our Manufacturing Capabilities: Using Ultra-modern Technology And Sophisticated Gadgets. We have been able to Produce Optimum Quality Acid And Direct Dyes In The Quantity Desired By Our Customers. We Are Backed With Two State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Plants Having Manufacturing Capacity Of 2000 MT/Annum (Powder Crude) And An In-house Effluent Treatment Plant With 600000 Litres Capacity In Each Unit. To Ensure A Smooth And Error Free Production We Have Appointed Experienced Technical Experts Who Are Well Versed With The Latest Technology. Our Company Is Also Facilitated With A R&D Laboratory And Two Quality Control Laboratory Equipped With Latest Testing Instruments Like UV Scanner, Spectra Photometer, Automatic Fabric Dyeing M/c, Pulp Dyeing M/c, And Leather Dyeing M/c. Once Produced The Dyes Are Transferred To These Quality Departments For A Strict Quality Check To Make Sure They Are Compliant With The Industry Norms And Standards.
